Standing Together
for Colorado Camps

A united voice for camps across Colorado.

The Colorado Camps Network (CCN) was formed to ensure Colorado’s summer camps are heard, supported, and protected—now and in the future. We are a group of passionate, seasoned camp professionals committed to shaping public policy and safeguarding the unique value camps bring to youth, families, and communities across the state. Through relationships with key policymakers and collaboration across camps, we help influence legislation and regulations that directly affect camp operations from licensing and labor laws to water, health, and safety requirements.

Our Mission

“Through consistent investment in relationships with policymakers, we provide direct influence on public policy issues relating to the viability and sustainability of Colorado summer camps.”

Our Members

Camps Working Together for a Stronger Future

The Colorado Camps Network is proud to represent a growing coalition of summer camps across the state. Each member camp plays a vital role in shaping the future of camping in Colorado—contributing insight, sharing expertise, and helping advocate for fair, practical policies that support youth development and outdoor education. As a member-led organization, our strength comes from our community. Together, we amplify our voices, share resources, and protect the magic of summer for generations to come.
